Terms of Use
Using our website.
The ground rules.
These terms apply when you use gositechamp.com, including our contact form, Free Website Audit and call booking.
Effective October 17, 2026
The SiteChamp website is operated by Willard Works LLC (“SiteChamp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
These terms cover the website, not our services
The website explains SiteChamp and lets you get in touch, request an audit, or book a call. Building and caring for a client’s website is covered by a separate written client agreement that you accept before work begins. If that agreement and these terms differ, the client agreement applies to our services.
Plans, prices and features described on the website are information, not an offer we’re bound to. We confirm the pages, features, plan and price for your business in your proposal and client agreement. We may update the website’s descriptions and prices at any time.
Free Website Audit
- Only request an audit of a website you own or are authorized to have reviewed.
- The audit is automated. It reviews publicly available pages, uses outside tools including Google PageSpeed Insights and an AI model, and includes estimates. It may miss things or get things wrong.
- The report is general information to help you think about your website. It isn’t legal, accessibility, security or other professional advice, and it doesn’t certify that a website meets any standard or law.
- The audit is free and comes with no obligation. We may limit how many audits can be requested, decline a request, or change or stop the audit at any time.
Booking a call
Introductory calls are free and come with no obligation. Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm and remind you about the call. You can reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email. We may occasionally need to move or cancel a call, and we’ll let you know by email when we do.
Using the website responsibly
Please don’t:
- Use the website for anything unlawful, or send us spam, harassment or harmful content.
- Submit someone else’s information without their permission.
- Use automated tools to submit forms, request audits or book calls, or try to get around our spam check or usage limits.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or overload the website or the systems behind it.
- Copy, scrape or republish the website’s content for commercial purposes without our permission.
We may block access or cancel requests that break these rules.
What you send us
You’re responsible for the information you send through our forms. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The website’s text, design, graphics and logo belong to SiteChamp or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference. Names and links of businesses we’ve worked with belong to those businesses.
Ownership of a client’s own website is covered by the client agreement, not these terms.
Other websites and services
The website links to other sites and relies on outside services, such as Google Calendar and Google Meet for calls. Those websites and services have their own terms and practices, which we don’t control.
No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, we provide it “as is” and “as available,” and we make no warranties about the website, audit reports or other information on it, including that they’re complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the website will always be available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data) arising from your use of this free website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
