Yes. We rebuild it using SiteChamp’s supported systems and hosting. We can retain useful design elements, page structure, and content you want to keep while making the improvements we agree on. These plans look after the website we build; they don’t cover maintaining your old platform or host.

Growth and Partner don’t set a numerical page limit. Before you pay, we agree on the complete launch scope and a realistic schedule. That whole agreed website is part of the initial build. Later additions move through the request queue; no fixed cap doesn’t mean an unlimited project delivered all at once.

Most sites can launch within 30 days of starting the build, depending on scope and timely materials, feedback, and approvals. Your proposal sets the complete-preview and expected-launch dates. Larger projects need their own schedule, and nothing goes live without your approval.

You see the proposal and homepage design concept before paying. Once you approve the scope, direction, and service terms, your first monthly payment starts production. There’s no setup fee; payments recur monthly from that date.

You can upgrade anytime. We agree on the price adjustment, added scope, and schedule first. Standard downgrades and a separate hosting-only plan aren’t offered, so we’ll help you choose a sensible starting point.

You own the completed website, with no minimum payment count or buyout. Cancel anytime and future monthly charges stop. Payments already made are generally not refunded. Hosting ends when your next monthly payment would have been due.

On request, we provide transferable website files and applicable content exports, and transfer control of any SiteChamp-managed domain you own. Allow up to one week for file delivery after your request or completion, as applicable. You or your new provider arrange hosting and setup; SiteChamp doesn’t offer migration to another host. Continued hosting while you arrange the move requires your full plan to stay active.

If work is still underway, we agree on feasible wrap-up priorities for the remaining paid period and hand over files in the state reached, with unfinished items identified. External subscriptions and licenses have their own terms and costs.

Each plan can include one optional SiteChamp-managed standard domain costing up to $25/year. You own it. If you already have a domain, you can keep it; existing-domain renewals remain your responsibility.

Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate unless explicitly included. That includes ecommerce platforms, paid apps, payment-processing fees, and CRM subscriptions. We explain these costs and get your approval before setting up a paid service. The included Workspace inboxes and standard Partner AI assistant are covered by your plan.

Support is by email or text, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, excluding holidays. Foundation and Growth receive a response within one business day. Partner requests received before 3pm Eastern receive a same-business-day response; later or non-business-day requests receive a response the next business day.

Partner has priority scheduling. Otherwise, requests from different clients are worked on in the order received. Response times aren’t completion times: we confirm the schedule for the work you need.
