You’re ready for a better website. Then you see the upfront bill—and how long you’ll have to wait for it.
You spend hours swapping photos and tweaking the text. It still looks like every other business in your industry.
You send an email. Follow up. Wait some more. When the update finally happens, there’s another invoice.
You’ve added services, changed your team, or moved locations. Your website is still telling the old story.

Something else on your mind?
That’s what the first call is for.
Yes. You don't need finished copy, a sitemap, or a technical plan. Tell us what your business offers and what you want customers to do. We'll help define the site from there.
Yes. We’ll rebuild your website using SiteChamp’s platform and hosting, keeping the design elements and page structure that work well and making the improvements you need. Your existing content can stay if you’re happy with it. We don’t take over maintenance of the old platform or hosting. Start with a call or a Free Website Audit.
You'll see a proposal outlining the pages, features, price, and schedule, along with a design concept. Once you approve both and accept the service terms, the first monthly payment starts production. There is no setup fee. Later payments recur monthly from the first charge date.
In most cases, we can launch within 30 days of starting the build. The timeline depends on scope and timely materials, feedback and approvals from you. We'll agree on dates in your proposal. Larger projects need their own schedule, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Changes to existing text, images, links, videos, business details, and other content. Foundation maintains the existing website; new standalone pages or features need an upgrade or separate arrangement. Growth and Partner include requested page additions and the feature work covered by their plans.
Send requests as you need them. We agree on priorities and work on one page or feature request at a time. We'll explain what we need from you and the expected timeline before starting. Larger projects progress in agreed stages. The complete website promised for launch is delivered separately from later requests.
You own the completed website without a minimum number of payments or a buyout. Your domain, supplied materials, and business data remain yours throughout.
Cancel anytime to stop future monthly charges. Payments already made are generally not refunded, and hosting ends when your next payment would have been due. We’ll provide your transferable website files on request, allowing up to one week for delivery. You or your new provider will be responsible for moving and setting up the site. SiteChamp does not offer migration or setup on another host, including as a paid service. Third-party tools retain their own subscription and licensing terms.
If you need the website to stay hosted with SiteChamp while you arrange the move, keep your plan active at its full monthly price until you’re ready to cancel. There is no discounted hosting-only option.
If you cancel during a build, we'll discuss what you'd like finished and what's feasible in the remaining paid time. We'll deliver the files in the state we can reach and identify unfinished or nonfunctional parts.
Your plan includes its Google Workspace inboxes, and Partner includes the standard AI assistant's operating cost. CRM subscriptions, ecommerce platform subscriptions, paid apps, transaction/payment-processing fees, and other paid services are separate unless explicitly included. We'll explain the additional costs and get your approval before setting up paid services.
Yes. Every plan includes a blog where you can create, edit, and publish posts within the agreed layout. Blog posts don’t count against Foundation’s five-page limit.
Email or text Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Foundation and Growth receive a response within one business day; Growth has priority scheduling. Partner requests received before 3pm Eastern receive a response that business day. Later requests are answered the next business day. These are response commitments; completion times depend on the work.
You can upgrade anytime. We'll agree on the billing adjustment and timing before activating the new plan. Standard downgrades aren't offered, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. Keep your existing domain and continue paying its renewal. Each plan can also include one optional standard domain costing up to $25/year. You own it; we manage it during service and transfer control when you leave. If you already have a primary domain, the included one can redirect to it. We purchase it after your first payment. Extra or higher-priced domains are paid separately.
The audit reviews an existing public site and gives you findings and priorities you can use independently. The proposal and design concept describe the build we recommend. The audit covers messaging, customer paths, trust signals, and mobile experience; it isn't a comprehensive technical, security, SEO, or accessibility certification.
