SiteChamp is operated by Willard Works LLC (“SiteChamp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers our website at gositechamp.com, including our contact form, our Free Website Audit, and our call booking. Services we provide to clients are covered by a separate client agreement.

The short version

• We collect the information you send us through our forms, plus the technical information needed to run and protect the website.
• We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
• Using a form doesn’t add you to a mailing list.

Information you give us

Contact form

When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address and message, plus your business name and website if you provide them. The form sends your message by email to our inbox at hello@gositechamp.com and sends a copy to the email address you entered. The website doesn’t save your message in a database; it’s kept in our business email.

Free Website Audit

When you request an audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, website address and goal, plus a note and an estimate of what a new customer is worth to you if you provide them.

We then review the public pages of the website you entered, as a visitor would see them on a phone. Our scanner reads publicly available page content, takes screenshots, and doesn’t submit forms on your site. Google PageSpeed Insights tests the site’s mobile performance, and an AI model, accessed through OpenRouter, helps write the report from what we collected. Those services receive information about the website, not your name or email address.

We email you a private link to your report. Your submission details, the report and its screenshots are kept for 90 days and then deleted from our audit system, and the report link stops working.

Your submission details and a link to your report are also emailed directly to Dave at dave@gositechamp.com so he can follow up and review audits personally. Those emails, any replies between us, and any copies we save to our own files aren’t covered by the 90-day deletion. We’ll delete them if you ask.

Call booking

When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, business name and what you’d like to talk about, plus your phone number, website and the plan you’re interested in if you provide them. We also record the time you chose and your time zone, so we can show times correctly.

Your booking is saved in our booking system and added to our Google Calendar as an event with you as an invited guest and a Google Meet link. Google sends you the calendar invitation. We email you a confirmation with a private link to reschedule or cancel, reminders about a day before (when you book far enough ahead) and about 30 minutes before the call, and a notice if the call is moved or cancelled. Dave receives a notice of each booking and change, and a reminder before the call, with your details.

If you or we cancel, the calendar event is removed. Booking records, including cancelled ones, are deleted automatically from our booking system 90 days after the scheduled call time.

The calendar event for a call that goes ahead, and the booking notices and reminders emailed to Dave, stay in our Google Calendar and business email and aren’t covered by the 90-day deletion.

Emails and calls

If you email us or talk with us on a call, we keep what you share so we can respond and follow up about your request.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, ours receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, uses this to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and limit repeated form submissions from the same connection. It may also appear in short-term technical logs used to keep our systems running.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam. Turnstile looks at information about your browser and connection to tell people from automated programs. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to keep the website and the spam check secure.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and answer your questions.
• To create and send your website audit and follow up about it.
• To schedule, remind you about, and hold your call, and to follow up afterward.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To operate, protect and improve our website, including preventing spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We may follow up about the specific request you made. We won’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask to join one.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run SiteChamp, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare hosts our website and our booking and audit systems, runs the spam check, stores booking and audit records, and sends our form, audit and booking emails.
• Google provides our business email, Google Calendar and Google Meet, and Google PageSpeed Insights for audits.
• OpenRouter and the AI model provider it connects us to receive website content and screenshots collected for an audit, not your name or email address.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of SiteChamp or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

• Free Website Audit: 90 days in our audit system. Copies emailed to Dave, and any copies we save to our own files, are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Call bookings: 90 days after the scheduled call time in our booking system, including cancelled bookings. Calendar events for calls that go ahead and booking emails sent to Dave are kept in our Google Calendar and business email.
• Contact messages and other emails: in our business email for as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep business records. There’s no fixed deletion period.

A calendar invitation added to your own calendar is yours to keep or delete.

How we protect it

We limit access to the people and services that need it. Our forms use encrypted connections, private report and booking links use long random codes that are hard to guess, and audit reports are excluded from search engines. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through our forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@gositechamp.com and we’ll respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information when the law requires it or we need it to resolve a dispute. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honor them as required by law.

You can reschedule or cancel a call at any time before it starts with the link in your confirmation email.

Children

Our website is meant for business owners. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Where information is processed

SiteChamp is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as businesses we’ve worked with. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services change. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. If we make a significant change to how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll let you know.
