How it works

Your website, from first idea
to whatever comes next.

Work directly with us to plan and build your website, then keep it current as your business changes. One monthly plan covers the agreed work and the ongoing care.

No setup fee. See a proposal and design concept before paying.

First, a website built around you

A clear plan.
A say at every step.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We bring the design, development, and help turning that knowledge into a useful website.

What about timing?
Most websites can launch within 30 days of starting the build, depending on scope and timely materials, feedback, and approvals. Your proposal sets the schedule; larger projects need more time.

  1. 01

    Talk through your business.

Start with a no-obligation 20-minute call. Tell us what you do, who you serve, and what you want visitors to do on your website. Whether you need your first site or a better one, we’ll work out a sensible starting point.

  2. 02

See the plan before you pay.

You’ll receive a proposal and homepage design concept. We agree on the pages, features, monthly plan, materials needed from you, and expected preview and launch dates. You can see the direction and understand the cost before committing.

  3. 03

Approve the direction. Then we build.

Once you approve the proposal, design direction, and service terms, your first monthly payment starts production. Share your business details, photos, existing content, and any access we need. We’ll help shape the wording and design around your customers.

  4. 04

Review together. Launch when you’re happy.

You’ll review the complete agreed website privately. We refine the copy and design together within that scope, then publish with your approval. Your agreed launch website is delivered in full; unfinished launch work doesn’t get moved into the monthly request queue.

Launch is the beginning

Your website stays
taken care of.

Hosting, SSL, backups, security, and uptime monitoring are included. You have someone to contact when a detail changes, something needs attention, or you’re ready for the next addition.

Keeping it current is simple.

Send an email or text in your own words. Include the page link, what you’d like changed, and any new wording or photos. You don’t need a technical brief or a special request system.

  • Changed hours? New team photo?

Every plan includes unlimited updates to existing content. No counting edits or saving up small changes.

  • Something to share?

Every plan includes a blog where you can create, edit, and publish your own posts.

  • Want to know how it’s doing?

Foundation and Growth include monthly automated reports. Partner includes weekly automated reports and a quarterly personal review.

A simple request queue

Tell us what you need.
We’ll take it one request at a time.

Your queue is the list of work you want done. We agree on priorities, we work on one request at a time for your business, and the next request follows when that work is complete.

  1. 01

    Send the idea.

A new service page, a section showing recent projects, or a better way to collect quote requests. Tell us what you want customers to be able to do.

  2. 02

Agree on the work and timing.

We’ll clarify what’s needed, check that it fits your plan, and explain any extra software costs before you approve them. We agree on the next priority and expected schedule.

  3. 03

    Build, review, and move forward.

We work through the request, share it for your review, and make the agreed changes. Once it’s complete, we move to the next item in your queue.

Bigger ideas, manageable steps

A large request.
One milestone at a time.

If you need several new pages or a complex feature, we break the request into milestones. It remains your active request, with each milestone worked through in sequence.

For example, a Partner client’s customer portal could progress like this:

  1. 01

    Agree on the experience.

Define who uses the portal, what they can see, and what they need to do.

  2. 02

    Build the core functions.

Create and review the agreed access, screens, and actions in stages.

  3. 03

    Test together and launch.

Check the full journey, refine the details, and release the completed work with your approval.

Room for what’s next

Start with what you need.
Add more as your business changes.

The kind of work included depends on your plan. These are examples to help you see what’s possible; we agree on the details and schedule together.

Foundation · $249/month

Keep the essentials current.

Your agreed website, with up to five launch pages, hosting, care, and existing-content updates.

  • Update services, hours, and contact details
  • Replace photos, wording, links, and videos
  • Publish your own blog posts
  • New pages or features: upgrade or agree on a separate arrangement

Growth · $499/month

Give your website more to do.

Add new pages, standard features, and connections to established tools through your queue.

  • New service pages and project sections
  • Quote forms with uploads or conditional questions
  • Supported booking and CRM connections
  • Full ecommerce setup and customization

Partner · $899/month

Build around how you work.

Everything in Growth, plus custom development and priority scheduling.

  • Customer portals and membership areas
  • Custom dashboards and tailored workflows
  • Complex integrations and automation
  • SEO work you request or approve, and an included AI website assistant

New pages and features are scheduled one request at a time, within available capacity. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are separate unless explicitly included.

One monthly plan

Make a request.
Skip the surprise invoice.

Your plan covers the agreed website build, hosting, technical care, and the ongoing work included in your tier. You don’t buy a new block of hours every time you need an included change.

  • No setup fee.

Your first monthly payment starts the build after you approve the proposal and design direction. Payments recur monthly from that date.

  • Included work stays included.

There’s no separate per-request bill for work covered by your plan. Larger included projects move through milestones; size affects scheduling.

  • Extra costs need your approval.

Paid store platforms, CRM subscriptions, apps, and payment-processing or usage fees may be separate. We explain those costs before setting up a paid service. If a request falls outside your plan, we discuss an upgrade or separate arrangement before proceeding.

  • You can leave with your website.

Cancel anytime and own the completed website, without a buyout. On request, we provide transferable files; you or your new provider handle hosting and setup elsewhere.

What to expect

A few more
practical details.

How quickly will a request be finished?

We aim to turn requests around as quickly as we can. Timing depends on the size of the work, available capacity, and the content or feedback needed from you. We agree on expected timing before starting, and we’ll tell you if that changes. There’s no blanket promise that every request is done in a set number of days.

How are requests from different clients scheduled?

Partner clients get priority scheduling. Otherwise, requests from different clients are worked on in the order they’re received. We work on one request at a time for each client. A large request is broken into agreed milestones, completed one at a time.

Urgent outages or broken essential functions take priority across plans. Priority scheduling doesn’t mean immediate completion or several requests being built at once.

Can I send more than one request?

Yes. Send the things you need, and we’ll agree on your priorities. One request is active at a time; the others wait their turn. You don’t need to bundle every idea into one enormous request or keep track of a monthly hour allowance.

Is a new section a content update or new development?

Replacing wording or photos in an existing section is a content update, included on every plan. Adding a new section or page structure is expansion work. Growth covers standard additions; Partner covers custom development and more complex functionality. On Foundation, expansion needs an upgrade or a separate arrangement agreed with you first.

How do I get help if something isn’t working?

Contact us by email or text and describe what happened, with a link or screenshot if you can. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, excluding holidays.

Foundation and Growth receive a response within one business day. Partner receives a same-business-day response for requests received before 3pm Eastern; later or non-business-day requests receive a response the next business day. A response confirms the next step; it isn’t a guarantee that the work will be completed in that time.

What if I already have a website?

We can keep useful content, design elements, and page structure while rebuilding on SiteChamp’s supported systems and hosting. The ongoing plan looks after the website we build for you. It doesn’t cover maintaining your old platform or host.
